Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click and skip free, although any marks and scratches that might possibly cause such problems will be highlighted clearly in the description.

Love Me Do / PS I Love You
Incredibly Rare 1st Press with 'JR' Demo Stamper on Side 2!
On offer here is an original 1962 copy of the Beatles debut single Love Me Do / PS I Love You on the Parlophone label.
When this single was initially being prepared, a tiny run of just 250 demo / promotional copies were pressed to promote the upcoming release. These demo copies featured a unique 'JR' stamper code in the deadwax which was then changed to the standard number and GRAMOHLTD system when the commercial copies went into production.
However, for the tiniest time, there was an overlap where a miniscule number of copies featured the original demo JR stampers on side 2. Only a handful of these were ever pressed before the JR stamper was removed.
Not a top copy here, but being offered due to how hard to find these are!

Title Love Me Do / PS I Love You Year of Release 1962 Catalogue Number 45-R 4949 Label Red Parlophone Tax Code on Disc WOZT on the pushout center of side 2. ZT in the deadwax at 9 o'clock. Sleeve Manufacturer - Side 1 Matrix Number 7XCE 17144-1N Side 2 Matrix Number 7XCE 17145-1N Side 1 Stampers 1 / P Side 2 Stampers - / JR Sleeve Condition The sleeve is in G+/VG- condition. The sleeve is holding up fine ans has no tears, but is worn with creasing. Check out the photos below. Inner Sleeve Condition - Inserts Condition - Disc Condition(VISUALLY GRADED) The disc is in GOOD condition. The disc has a lot of scuffing and marking all over, but there's nothing nasty or serious looking Label Condition The labels are in VG condition. The labels are clean but have some light wear and rubbing as you can see in the photos below.
All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.
Records are posted out tracked and insured (where applicable) to comply with eBay and PayPal seller protection policy.

All LPs will be mailed out in a strong, corrugated cardboard LP mailing box with the LP outside the sleeve and extra
sheets of corrugated cardboard will be used where applicable.
My Vinyl Grading:
MINT No true preowned disc can be mint. The highest I will ever grade a disc is NM+/M- if it looks untouched and unplayed, but the MINT description will only be for records I personally know have never been played (i.e. I personally bought from new) or for copies that are still sealed. NEAR MINT (NM) For discs that look near flawless and which may have just the slightest, barely visible little whispy marks here and there. EXCELLENT (EX) For discs that still retain a brilliant, clean shine but does have some light scuffs here and there. VERY GOOD (VG) For discs that still look clean and have a nice shine to them, but do have a fair amount of light scuffmarks and/or some light scratches. GOOD (G) For discs that look like they have been loved and have a fair amount of scuffs and surface scratches. Not in terrible condition, but would look like it would play with a lot of crackle. FAIR (F) For discs that may have some life left in them but are pretty trashed with numerous surface scuffs and heavier scuffs and scratches etc POOR (P) For discs that are unplayable and look completely trashed. Discs like this would only ever be offered if they were insanely rare.
