The vinyl is in truly amazing Near Mint condition on both sides, still retaining a sheen as new.

LABELS
The Apple labels are clean and bright on both sides. There are no scuffs, stickers or writing. DEMO RECORD is printed on both sides of the label.

COVER
The cover is a top loading gatefold sleeve with just one opening edge. It is completely intact, no scuffs or seam-splits and no edge wear. The opening edges are still quite crisp and sharp. There are a couple of mild creases, but nothing bad. The inside of the gatefold opens to show a full colour photo of the band.

This is a beautiful example of a very rare and Beatles related collectable Apple Demo.
