I bought this record about a year ago, its not in the original packaging anymore and has a few dings in it, but overall its in good condition. Ive seen this record sell for over $300 but those records don't have what mine does, Andrew McMahon's autograph. It was autographed in person at his show at the Lakeshore theater in Chicago a few months back during his solo tour. This is one of a kind! Now, as you can see from the picture it is signed to my fiance, Melissa, maybe you or someone you'd like to have this is named Melissa? Perfect! If not, its still a one of a kind collectible and will probably not be seen online for sale again. If you have any questions or don't believe the authenticity of the signature, ive also got quite a few other things signed by Andrew as well as my picture taken with him at the show in Chicago.
