Mega Rare LP of Art Blakey - Moanin' (Blue Note 4003 - mono) Vintage 1960s blue and white labels with RVG and ear on both sides - Deep groove ring on side 2 only - NOT a current re-issue! Blakey's masterpiece features the drummer along with Lee Morgan, Benny Golson, Bobby Timmons and Jymie Merritt in a rare Blue Note classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in VG+/ VG++condition with light marks and with what has to be all of the original shine - not for the audiophile, but still in really nice condition for one of these. The cover (Liberty front cover and 61st ST NY cover on back) is in VG++ condition with a bit of light age/shelf wear, but NO splits, NO tape, NO writing, NO stickers, NO stamps. A very strong copy of a true classic.
