This is Impulse Records AS-86, Archie Shepp Fire Music, an orange and black "ABC-Parmount" label, original stereo issue of this classic record with Van Gelder stamped in the dead wax. The record is in VG++ condition showing a few light sleeve marks that do not effect the play but lower the grade. The record plays quietly throughout. This is a beautiful sounding copy. The glossy gate-fold cover is excellent and intact. The labels are excellent and show no spindle marks. An original inner sleeve is included as well. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12. This is an excellent collector's grade copy of this beautiful original issue.
