We are listing today for your consideration a great Antique early 20th century Original Columbia HMV Records Large Double Sided Porcelain Record Advertising Sign. This sign is in Excellent Condition with slight loss and wear with surface rust to the perimeter on both sides at the 4 bracket circles and very slight along the outer perimeter in areas. You can refer to the pictures, we guarantee 100% you will be more than happy with the excellent condition of this sign, especially given it's age. The sign measures 24" in diameter and weighs approximately 7lb 7oz. The 4 circle brackets at 12,3,6, and 9 o'clock on the blue were for hanging and there are 2 small holes as well at the top perimeter for hanging. We definitely believe that this sign was used as an outdoor advertisement most likely in the 1930's-40's. The sign dates from the early 1930's. Wonderful porcelain with great bright colors on both sides, the red side having "His Masters Voice" along with Nipper and Megaphone and Records. The blue side having the Tiger along with Columbia Records and 2 Music Cord Notes. The sign has a total of 5 colors. A great Authentic Record Figural Columbia Double Sided Advertising Sign, very rare and very unique. It would make a great addition to anyone's collection or home.
