Rare variation with raised relief of CBS walking-eye tiles on coated paper

Vinyl is rough with scratches but playable. It plays through with no skips at 2.0g with anti-skate set up correctly; with anti-skate disabled/off it skips forward one groove in two places. It has not been altered or attempted to fix. Labels look VG++. More a collector's item than a play copy.
Jacket is VG with moderate wear. '5' in bottom right like other known examples of this copy.
