LP-Title: Bruce Springsteen - Born To Run

Audiophile issue from 1980 of the 1975 Columbia label LP, pressed in Germany, CBSH 80959. HALF-SPEED MASTERED, EXTENDED RANGE RECORDING, CBS MASTERSOUND, AUDIOPHILE PRESSING. Foldout-cover with complete lyrics; contains 2 inserts about Halfspeed Mastering, CBS Mastersound etc. in German, French & English; one insert is a 4-pages recordsized foldout and the other is a smaller one. Third album by The Boss, his break-through LP, in awesome sound-quality !

Line-up: B.Springsteen/guitar,harmonica & vocals – R.Bittan/rhodes,piano & organ – G.Tallent/bass – M.W.Weinberg/drums – C.Clemons/sax – Brecker Brothers & David Sanbborn/horns a.o.

Condition: the record looks & plays in mint-. The cover has intact seam/spine with slightest rub in one part only at the bottom seam, minimal moderate cornerwear; front, back & inner are real fine, overall ex++. The 4 pages insert is in mint-, the smaller one is in mint--.

Zustand: Audiophile Pressung aus der CBS Mastersound Reihe, Halfspeed Mastered, Extended Range. Die LP ist optisch & akkustisch in mint- , das Cover ist in ex++ (minimaler Abrieb an einer Stelle untere Kante & leichtes cornerwear), das größere von 2 Inserts ist in mint- und das kleinerer ist in mint--. alle Platten habe ich professionell gereinigt und angehört (meist ganz, manchmal in Ausschnitten). Kommen mit neuer Außen- & Innenhülle !

Grading & Cleaning:

• the record has been cleaned on my professional HANNL record cleaning machine

• after that I playgraded it (completely or at least in parts) on my Rega Planar 9, Moving Coil cartridge by EINSTEIN:TU-3 Super Fine Line ( please consider that the playback might differ a bit depending on your own equipment )

• I also visually graded the record under a strong light

• only an unplayed record is mint, the highest grading for a used record is mint- ! My basic gradings are: mint – ex – vg.

• cleaned records are stored in a new deluxe innersleeve and they are placed in a new PVC protection-sleeve !
