Description
ARMAGEDDON - ARMAGEDDON - Thuban Six THS LP 9011
Original Italian pressing!!!
Very rare German classic Krautrock LP!! This is an incredible, original, Italian pressing on the Thuban Six label (German pressing is on Kuckuck you know) I just can't believe it was pressed in my country!!! Apparently this label did own the rights of the Kuckuck label since I did a search on the internet and I found out the existence of an Italian Juke box promo of the Murphy Blend!!! Actually, on the botom left of the back cover, you can read "Distribuzione Dischi 28"; this was a very small label that very often did release German artists and, actually, their most famous release is the impossible to find Analogy album!
As far as I know (see photo) the cover of the Italian pressing is identical to the German one!
LABEL - Thuban Six pink Label
CATALOGUE NUMBER - THS 9011
MATRIX - THS LP 9011 A/B
S.I.A.E. MARK - Small (about 10 mm) S.I.A.E. mark. This mark was in use in the early '70's so I assume this pressing is contemporary to the German one.
CONDITIONS - NO WRITINGS, NO CUTOUT AND NO SEAM SPLITS UNLESS NOTED!
COVER: MINT-
The greatest defect I can find is a very slight wear around edges
RECORD: EX+
I'm very strict on MINT that must be just PERFECT to me. This is really beautiful, one side just clean while the other has maybe one or two hairlines visual marks that does not affect playing too much. Anyway it was not an high quality pressing so EX+ instead of MINT- is full deserved.
PAYMENT: We take Paypal!! We can also accept: bank swift, international bank cheque drawn in any currency, international postal money order (where available), Western Union Money Order and Bidpay.
POSTAGE: Registered airmail from Italy is quite cheap, basically around £ 7 for one or two items, maybe just a little more if you buy three or four LP's, even less if you're buying a single 7" record. If you wish to receive the item by EMS or through any other express courier we will have to ask for something extra. Please note that we won' t accept bids from bidders with a feedback under 10. If you have a feedback under 10 and you truly want to purchase the record please contact me first.
We have thousands of rare records for sale. Contact us if you want a list. Also see my other auctions!! We' re based in Roma, Italy. Good luck to everybody!!
