ABSOLUTE MEGA RARITY. This is the OFFICIAL TEST COPY of ARIEL'S STRANGE FANTASTIC DREAM - it HAS a DIFFERENT COVER with a PHOTOCOPY of the RECORDING ACCEPTANCE DOCUMENT MARKED 'FILE' - THIS DETAILS WHAT SHOULD APPEAR ON THE LABELS WHEN THE RECORD WAS RELEASED , CATALOGUE DETAILS ETC. THE COVER ISN'T SEALED ... IT IS A GATEFOLD THAT OPENS OUT WITH THE RECORD SLIPPED INTO THE MIDDLE. The cover is pink, has colour photos on the front, a bio and 'Data For Star-Gazers And Statistic-Freak' on the left inside, and a great live shot on the right inner of the gatefold spread, the back is blank. The labels are white with the catalogue nuber EMI 2058 and factory numbers 2EM 25 and 2EM 26 on their respective sides. This is probably the ONLY COPY LIKE THIS IN EXISTENCE. I've never seen another in 38 years of collecting. This is a KEEPER COPY. CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS BELOW.
VINYL: NM ... virtually unplayed,a couple of very light marks and the odd very light scuff..
GATEFOLD COVER: VG+ to VG++ ... some creasing and some a little shelfwear
