While not confirmed, this appears to be a very strong chance to be an Andy Warhol art cover!

Condition:
Vinyl lp is in VG (Very Good) visual grade condition with several light surface marks/scratches.
Album Cover is a paper sleeve and shows mild wear (edge/corner; tear from old price sticker; ringwear; small pencil marks).
