Description
This is an auction for a rare LP by, Andy Roberts, Home Grown.
This was released by RCA Victor Records in 1970 and has catalogue number SF8086. This is the 1st press and is stereo. Please check the pictures for clarification

Condition: The sleeve has some very light discolour marks mostly seen on the rear bottom edge, a few tiny creases, again seen on the rear and light buffing to the very corners, There is also a sticky residue seen under close examination on the front that can be cleaned leaving no mark, Spine & Edges Ex, no tears, bends, superb mouth, no fingering indentations, lamination ex, complete and graded at the best VG+ you can get. Please check the pictures a fine sleeve.
This comes with its original patent inner sleeve that comes in fine condition.
Both labels are clean and look brand new, Under closer examination a couple of tiny spider spindle trails can be seen on each side. The centre hole is perfect and shows no signs of wear.
The vinyl retains its brand new shine and looks immaculate, Under the closest of examinations I can see perhaps one or two tiny hairline scratches (being ultra fussy even for me). I ended up playing one side twice today as it sounded so clear and new that I decided to record it. Both sides play at mint, no lessening in sound quality whatsoever. The music itself plays strong and clear with no distortion, fading or dragging heard and other than perhaps the very occasional very quiet crackle (probably dust) this sounded brand new. Obviously not suffering from any reduction in quality through wear being as it has only been played a couple of times. Just about as good as you can find it.
Graded at a strict Near Mint+, simply down-graded because it has been played, most traders would certainly put this at mint because of the audio.
A superb collectable and one I recommend for you collectors.
