This album is absolutely amazing. Fusion, Latin and Brazlian music in the Germany of the early 80tees. All the 7 tracks (vocal & instrumental) are great.
Ultra rare, recorded at a high school studio. Was sold only on uni-party’s and some local record stores. Impossible to find outside of Germany ...
Musicians are:
Andreas Burckhardt [sax], Manfred von der Emde [drums], Michael Filgraebe [Rhodes, vocal], Bernd Nentwig [congas, timbales, bongos, percussion], Pedro Paez Amaro [bass], Christel Thomas [vocal, flute], Ottokar Werner [guitar]
The young musicians giving a great performance. For example Christel Thomas with lovely scat vox on the brazilian club tune “JUST LIKE A RAINBOW”. Killer, works great in the club!
Also take a listen to the nice vocal latin rock tune: “LA SALSA”
Or the more 80tees, Disco, Boogie orientated “YOU KEEP ME RUNNIN”
Highly recommended is also the latin instrumental track “ CANTA ESTA CANCION”
CONDITION:
On the cover has some painted with a black EDDING.
This seams to be a kind of CUT OUT Method for this private press LP.
But anyway, it’s a superb copy.
The vinyl is in great shape. Just a couple of minor surface signs from use, you can’t hear … the vinyl plays amazing!
