Alpay is a powerful singer who performed since 1960. The early years, (1960-65)

he did some nice psych-prog songs in Anatolian style with his band: ALPAY & HIS FRIENDS. (Sanar Yurdatapan - Bass / Murat Sungar-Piano / Robert Anglin-Guitar / Durul Gence-Drums)

"Yekte" is a masterpiece of Alpay, in Anatolian rock style.
