All vinyls on offer for auction here are in original condition less normal wear & tear, some have been more played than others and this is reflected in the condition of the vinyl.  We do NOT sell skimmed records; (a vinyl stripping process that vastly enhances the condition of the vinyl, but only at the sacrifice of the sound quality).

We would kindly ask that all winning bidders complete there purchases within 72 hours of auction close. If you are unable to complete your purchase within the given time frame please contact us immediately. Any items that remain unpaid for after 72 hours of auction close, and where no communication has been received, may be re-listed without any further notice. In order to safeguard the interests of both buyer and seller, paypal is currently the sole payment option offered. If you are unable to make payment via paypal please do not bid.

All items will be dispatched from Canarias, Spain, via Correos, the national Spanish postal service, unless otherwise stated within individual listings. All postal charges include packaging costs. Postal charges are calculated to reflect the current euro, GBP exchange rate. Due to full time work commitments post office runs are limited to once weekly. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We do not issue refunds for items lost or damaged during transit, however proof of posting is always obtained and will be made available to customers should they wish to make a claim to the postal service.

We would ask that prospective buyers or sellers take the time to read through all of the information provided carefully in order to minimise the risk of dissatisfaction. Please pay particular attention to shipping, payment and returns policies. Ensure that you agree with our terms and conditions before bidding and subsequently committing to a sale or purchase. Please note that our postal charges are fixed and non negotiable. We are aware of the possible damaging effect of receipt of negative feedback, we will therefore only leave negative feedback in the most exceptional cases, e.g. abusive communications, theft or fraud. As sellers we would ask that if you are satisfied with our service you take the time to leave us positive feedback. We always leave positive feedback by return. We are a small family group of private sellers, utilising the ebay auction site to conduct both sales and purchases. Our main sales items are vinyl records, however we may offer other items for auction from time to time. Our aim is to make your ebay buying or selling experience with us as pleasant and stress free as possible.

We prefer any communications to be directed to us through the ebay messaging service. We would kindly ask that you limit communications through our private e mail address to non urgent items only as monitoring of this may at times be infrequent and spasmodic.
