AKASHA-S/T LP (BATLP-0002) COVER: EX (1" SEAM SPLIT ON BOTTOM). VINYL: EX. Almost deleriously great and very rare Norwegian prog from 1977 that is absolutely saturation bombed with tripped out synth gurgles and surges, making it very kosmiche in it's own odd way, and make no mistake it IS an odd way, as for such a cosmically blasted sounding album, this record does have rather basement recording values. Personally, I think it only adds to the album's screwy charm and unique-ness. Maybe a wee bit like a slower version of the U.S. sympho prog band Lift (see "Caverns Of Your Brain" LP) being sucked into a Galactic Supermarket vortex? Well...thats the best I can do at the moment! Killer stuff!
