Description

AK Process "Electronic Music" 7" single issued by Output Records (OPR 101) in the UK, 1979. ****** Rec:ex / Cov:vg+++ ****** Top obscure release from the mysterious Output Records by AK Process (aka Simon Leonard who was also responsible for another dark jemm on Rough Trade, the File Under Pop single). Side 1 includes the great "After All Love", composed only of abstract electronic atmospheric dissonances and filtered voice which might come out of a broken radio. Side 2 titled "Post Town" sounds like a 50s electronic music piece but at double speed and with top intensity. One of the strangest records to come out of the late-70s / early-80s UK underground, very much reminding Udder Milk Decay.
