AFRTS RL 40-4 Todd Rundgren / Paul Simon Live Rhymin' Promo Radio Record LP RARE.
One side features 6 songs from Todd Rundgren "Todd". The other side features 5 songs from Paul Simon (Simon & Garfunkel) "Live Rhymin'". AFRTS (Armed Forces Radio and Television Services) records were pressed in limited numbers on custom labels for their stations at military bases around the world. Only a handful of these were made!
Side 1: Todd Rundgren: "Lord Chancellor's Nightmare Song", "Drunken Blue Rooster - Instru", "An Elpee's Worth of Toons", "Useless Begging", "A Dream Goes on Forever", "Sidewalk Cafe / Izzat Love?". Side 2: Paul Simon: "The Sound of Silence", "Jesus is The Answer", "Homeward Bound", "El Condor Pasa", "The Boxer".
Album comes in plain manila envelope sleeve, with names of artists written on sleeve & record #'s written. These were how they were originally released (except with the writing). Album plays all the way through on both sides without skips. There are crackle and pops, and a little dirt in a few places - can probably be cleaned, but didn't want to risk causing any damage - but played both sides all the way through. There is one pop (that may be cleaned up) at the end of the 2nd track on the Todd side, but didn't skip for me.
