EXCELLENT++ TO NEAR MINT CONDITION
SLEEVE:
THE SINGLE UNLAMINATED SLEEVE IS STILL IN GREAT CONDITION WITH SOME WEAR AROUND THE EDGES AND CORNERS AND WITH NO RIPS TAPES STICKERS OR OTHER DEFECTS (PLEASE SEE PICTURES)
