Inner sleeve is in near mint condition with no seam splits.  Also included is a lyric insert in near mint condition.

The album cover is a gatefold cover and is in excellent condition.  Light edge, corner, and spine wear from storage and use of record.  No seam splits on cover.  Catalog info is visible on the spine. Inside gatefold in excellent condition.  OBI intact and near mint condition.  See photos for further details.
