Description
From my personal collection, I am a long time collector selling my collection-not a retailer. Final Keeper Copy IMHO.
Play graded with pleasure on my 1978 Kenwood KD-2070 DD turntable with a low hour Shure N95ED stylus.
Smoke Free climate-controlled environment, stored horizontally with spine out. Very Few Nicer than this copy.
LP housed in a poly lined anti-static sleeve. Jacket housed in a quality clear re-sealable outer sleeve.
No record club-Music store purchased originals only.

Visually graded under bright light:
Side One: EX + super clean.
Side Two: EX super clean. a faint mark near lead in.
This LP play graded both sides EX + to NM hard to find a better player than this copy. Sonics are incredible.
Jacket graded VG+ to EX, slightest hint of ring wear on both sides, still super nice with clean legible spine-some vintage wear as pictured. Embossed Black Cover looks really nice to me, not many good ones still left.
Original inner sleeve ultra small split at bottom otherwise nice.

A good description of a VG+ record is except for a couple minor things, this would be Near Mint. Most collectors, especially those who want to play their records, will be happy with a VG+ record, especially if it toward the high end of the grade (sometimes called VG++ or E+).
NEAR MINT (NM OR M-) A good description of a NM record is it looks like it just came from a retail store and it was opened for the first time. In other words, it's nearly perfect. Many dealers won't use a grade higher than this, implying (perhaps correctly) that no record or sleeve is ever truly perfect.Professionally shipped correctly in an LP mailer as it should be in the best packaging-not a pizza box or some other amateur stunt.
