Looking for the ultimate ACDC Xmas gift? Well, what about a genuine and 1st 'BACK IN BLACK'?
Don't think anyone's gonna be disappointed with a copy like this..>> EVERYTHING IS UP ON "11"
A GENUINE and very 1st UK press from 1980. Matrix A1/B1. "STRAWBERRY". Labels are consistent with very 1st press in 1980. Note labels mention 'MADE IN UK'. Go for the earliest copies! Because the record companies always tried harder to make a quality product "AT 1st ISSUE". You will end up with a better all round product at 1st press. Look at the cover - super cool all black cover with 'embossed' lettering. The aesthetic is still very much apparent even after the passing of 40 YEARS. Stiff card employed in manufacture - printed in England. We also have the original bespoke inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+) Don't compromise! If you need maximum ACDC - look for the absolute best copy you can get your hands on. This baby is a killer copy - it has seen light careful use. A couple of slightest marks, a couple of incredibly slight trails - that's all [nothing remotely problematic at all]. Why is this important? Because THIS copy was made "At 1st issue" and will retain maximum detail from those pristine masters. If you want absolute BEST AUDIO - these are the copies to go for. But you will need to find a beautifully preserved copy to access 100% perfect audio. And believe me - this is THAT copy. You can crank it right up to "11" and it will just keep going. It is clean signalled - which means you can let the amp take the strain and you will get clean power and precision. Plays EXCELLENT+ throughout without reservation. It will play clean in the LOUD sections. AND it will play clean in the quiet moments. The bell chimes at the start - really super quiet. A quiet background will just help to accentuate the HEAVY riffing. It is a PERFECT copy from an audio perspective. Keep looking - IF YOU LIKE. BUT you are staring down the barrel at THE BEST COPY on-line. Have a good think... it's an all time show-stopper. FINAL UPGRADE.
Cover (Ex) Well, lets face it the cover is looking cool-as-f**k. The original copies are usually gonna be knackered by this point in time. A black surface is a nightmare to look after. Then, with embossed lettering? That is a disaster waiting to happen! The ONLY way this will survive the passage of 40 years - is with one VERY careful owner. The surfaces are superbly preserved and flat - with just slightest finger print impressions. It really is a stunner. Hardly any edge wear at all. The spine is 100% perfect [super unusual]. Openings are perfect - sharp and firm. Overall the cover is perfectly rigid. FINAL UPGRADE.
Inner (Ex+) Pretty much perfect. Hardly any wear at all. No splits.
