Description

AC/DC 1st Press OZ LP High Voltage VG '75 Blue/Yellow Albert with Roo (Broonzy)

Original 1st Press OZ LP released in 1975 on the Blue & Yellow Albert label with Roo. Has Broonzy credit for Baby, please don't go.

Released in February 1975, the Australian version of AC/DC’s High Voltage is a raw, blues-rock-focused debut that differs significantly from the 1976 international release. It captures a young, experimental band—featuring George Young on bass and different drummers—showcasing a sleazier, more experimental sound with highlights like "Baby, Please Don't Go" and "Soul Stripper".
  Tracks : Baby please don't go/ She;s got balls/ Little lover/ Stick around/ Soul stripper/ You ain't got a hold on me/ Love song/ Show business.

There are some spindle marks on labels. Record has some light scuff marks and very light scratches that cause some crackles in parts,  side 2 plays through fine with only minor crackles and a few light pops. Side one has a scratch on track 3 that causes light clicks that come in just before solo and run to almost end of track, record is in VG condition . Cover is in great shape with only light ring wear, a light surface tear on centre of spine and minor scuffing on top corners and is in VG+  condition..

Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.
