Description

In over 40 plus years of collecting vinyl and especially The Beatles, this 1992 double gatefold Antron Russia release is mindboggling. The 2 disc set is of Sgt. Pepper's / Revolver with both covers featuring alternative artwork !  The Pepper jacket has a Russian drumhead and the writing on the seated doll at the right has Russian lettering. The face of Karl Marx has been removed and replaced. There is also another unknown face added in the slot between Poe and McMurry. NOW . . . The Revolver jacket shares the original Voorman line sketches but the ENTIRE collage is different  !  This odd treasure is a must have. When you rarely see one on the net you have to pay over $20 post from far overseas and wait for weeks hoping no damage. This is a U.S. sale, with tracking. Vinyl - VG+, cover light edgewear, VG. Includes insert that features names on the Pepper cover in Russian.
