Snaps--The Voice / Polka Dotted Eyes--East Coast 1022/1023. Excellent 60s garage psych two-sider from southeastern PA. Vinyl appears VG -/ VG, but plays much better. Disc has typical scratches and scuffs from having not been kept in a sleeve and record-stacking. Labels have moderate soiling and some writing (see scans please). Sound clips will be included.
