Mott The Hoople MOTT Advanced Promotional Vinyl 1973 SIGNED RARE Ian Hunter

This rare Advance Promotional is in a white sleeve that has a CBS records promo pic of Mott the Hoople band and a hand written list of the tracks on the album on the front. On the reverse side has many signed statements by most of the band:
"Best wishes to Garth. Hope to meet you sometime - Mich Ralphs (husband of the famous Nina Ralphs Celebrity of Phila Pa"
"To friend of ours -Overend Watts XXX"
"Ian Hunter"
"Best Wishes -Stan(?) (or Sam?)"
"Best Wishes -Mick Bolton(?)(or Bolfer?)"
In the lower left hand corner partially covered over by a piece of masking tape is the writing "Love Switcher" which is underlined.
There are many visible light scratches on the vinyl. I bought this rare lp for the signatures and written messages on the sleeve.
