Description

Happy birthday Jimy Sohns, lead singer, of the Shadows Of Knight. Jimy is 72 today. Although I was invited to his birthday party tonite, I don't have reliable transportation to get to suburban Chicago, otherwise I'd be there. Meanwhile I'll have to content myself with putting some of his music up for sale. Gloria, is the song that got the band noticed. I've seen Jimy sing it in the last couple years and it still sounds great. The single came in a couple label variations. This time we got the pink Dunwich label, rather than the yellow one. The price guide says both are worth about the same. However it's the fact that Jimy signed it, that makes the difference. I cleaned it, but whether it helped I don't know. I have not played them, as I don't have steady hands, and I don't want to drop the record, nor slide the needle across it. I'd say it's just a matter of how much background noise you'll tolerate. This one's in better shape than the yellow label. If you got a fancy schmancy system, I'd say you should probably pass. As you know by now, the USPS is having major issues. If there's a problem with delivery, contact me, and your local USPS, and leave eBay out of it. It is signed by Jimy. Shipping can be combined, but the max you will save is a $1.40, and only if you let me invoice you first. You pay for each separately, you save nothing. It's gonna cost $2.80 to mail one, or all, It's Pay Pal who puts the screws on here.
