*I am grading conservatively due to the highly collectable nature of this disc. Please read through the description fully.

Grading intro: VG overall with a high level of luster... super glossy appearance.
There are some blemishes to note, but nothing major. Please read.

A-Side Great luster. Some faint marks are seen at some angles and then there a few scattered light marks or scuffs that are more noticeable. Would like to say VG+ but let's stick with VG.

B- Side. Great luster here as well. There are faint marks and then a few more noticeable marks or scuffs, a bit more than the A-side.

Additionally, the label is coming off the B-Side and has a rather subtle bend in one location. The label remains partially attached and likely an easy fix for someone who knows this process, and the label is in overall good shape. Would say a solid VG- here for the B-side.

I feel this may be an unplayed 45, but am not stating that as fact, only as opinion. Another opinion is that this could grade VG+ or better if it werent for a few light blemishes, but I'll stay with the conservative VG grading... so please bid accordingly and see pics for details.

BACKSTORY:
These 45s are mostly from my Father's collection. I had been sifting and sorting these for a number of years, but rarely listed or sold any of the real choice singles. The time has arrived to minimize the collection by listing some of the rarer or more sought after 45s and bundling groups or lots for the others. Looking for some gems and it appears that I found some!

I am not a store nor a full time seller. My gradings are honest, sincere, and based on years of personal interest in records and years of experience with listings for eBay. I try to list what are the most noticeable and subtle of blemishes and then mention the positive, stand-out qualities that make these worth a 2nd look. If there are any errors in my grading, it is purely unintentional. If anything, I tend to undergrade to avoid issue... this could be a benefit to interested collectors! If anything looks closer to EX or NM, I'll be notating any subtle or noticeable blemishes that deter it from a better grading. I'll post an additional opinion in some cases as well.
For example: I read the backstory of this Shrine label, it's links to other labels, and the origins of its name... it's a fascinating story and was thrilled to discover it mixed in with some other interesting tunes, labels and stories!
