*NM* THE BEATLES RARE 1968 MONO LADY MADONNA WITHOUT RUNNING TIME ON BOTH LABELS
Spectacular Mono error label 'Lady Madonna' and 'The Inner Light' with all running times omitted from the labels. This is the RUSHED version, very FIRST pressing released March 18, 1968 in Mono on the Orange & Yellow Swirl label without subsidary in the perimeter. The wax is just stunning showing the most minimal of play, as both side labels are absolutely MINT with NO writing, NO stickers and NO fading
You'll receive TWO (2) Beatles 'Lady Madonna', one with NO RUNNING TIME and one with the corrected running times, so you can clearly see the difference in the running times, and you'll own both !! Each labels are NM/M, and the records are EX/NM !!
This is an East Coast pressing with a machine stamped △ triangle with the initials IAM indicates that the record was pressed at the Scranton, Pennsylvania plant. IAM △ stands for the International Association of Machinists union whose members worked at the Scranton plant.
The Capitol U.S. logo has "REG. U.S. PAT. OFF" below the Capitol logo."MFD. BY CAPITOL RECORDS. INC., U.S.A. T.M. (logo) MARCA REG."was printed without subsidary at perimeter Some of the very first Mono pressings of the single were issued in error with labels without running time of the songs.As soon as this error was discovered, it was immediately changed to add the running times, but not before a few went unnoticed.
