SAD Story with this one ... it was still sealed when I bought it brand New ..... was stored and had flood damage back in 2006 .... the Vinyl it's self is in EX ....never played ..
BUT the Box is damaged .... the booklet opens but some pages are water damaged on bottom ...not pulling apart
THESE ARE NOT LP PRESSINGS NO LATER THAN 1977 MOST are super clean glossy vinyl in GOLDMINE STANDARD GRADING OF VG+
VG+ records may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK. Minor signs of handling are OK, too, such as telltale marks around the center hole, but repeated playing has not misshapen the hole. There may be some very light ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable.
VG+ covers should have only minor wear. A VG+ cover might have some very minor seam wear or a split seam Also, a VG+ cover may have some defacing, such as a cut-out marking. Covers with cut-out markings can never be considered Near Mint.

I have been collecting since 1978 ...really got the bug in the early 80's ... built my large collection of which these are part of my sell part to pay fore my habit
When I first started eBay I sold the bulk of my collection ... these were what I never got to sell ...they got boxed up and stored in a spare room ....fast forward 10 years and the spare room is being changed into a spare Bed Room .... so these have to go !!
ALL LP's were purchased USED from 1980 thru 1986 when I use to hit every thrift store, yard sale, church sale or any sale. So that being said each and every one of these LP’s were collected almost 30 years ago …. They are NOT recent pick’s … these were picked when the picking was GOOD !!!
When I bought an album ....I had a few must ...that is must be in at least VG+ (unless super rare) so these LP's are just That ....VG+ at the least ... many some would call Them VG++ .... Very clean glossy vinyl with a small amount of paper scuffs & such NO DEEP SCRATCHES
Some of the LP covers may have a split seem or color distraction but for the most part very clean VG+
Next was the label .... I only wanted clean 1st print label's or 2nd print labels ....in these record lots most are just that
