RECORD IS IN EX (EXCELLENT) CONDITION.
LABELS ARE IN VG (VERY GOOD) CONDITION WITH NO STICKERS OR STICKY RESIDUE. BOTH LABELS HAVE A SMALL HAND WRITTEN NAME ON THEM. SIDE 1 HAS A SMALL TEAR NEAR THE SPINDLE HOLE, THAT LOOKS LIKE IT'S BEEN THERE SINCE THE RECORD WAS MADE.    SLEEVE IS IN VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS) CONDITION.
