These are 9" records with a 2" center hole, made for the Seeburg 1000 Background Music System. They are played at 16? rpm. Each record side contains approximately 39 minutes of instrumental Easy Listening music. The Mood library is described by Seeburg promotional materials as "medium slow", and contains lush, string-heavy arrangements. These records were made to be reproduced with a 0.5 mil mono stylus, but they can be played with an elliptical stereo stylus on any turntable with the 16? rpm speed. This set was purchased as NOS (new old stock) in SEALED condition and has not been opened. Records come in the original Seeburg carton in original glassine sleeves with original cardboard inserts. Carton has some shelf wear, rips, and discoloration but records are unplayed. No reserve.
