We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable.  We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over +22,000 positive feedback.   We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied.     2. An absolute wonder WHY the mighty Swiss LIVE EXPERIENCE BAND are not far more highly sought ... they
    3. managed to release some 5 albums around the cusp of 1970 dominated by the volley of feedback guitar bombs across both sides ~ WoW, alright cool !
    4. The Live Experience were of the earliest Jimi Hendrix guitar freak-outs to cut their grooves into vinyl, along side of The Human Instinct and lesser groups alike whose records sell for mass dollars all day long if to be found.
    5. "LIVE EXPERIENCE "VOL.3" is by far their most difficult LP to find = having EVER seeing one time (this very copy) we hadn't run by it for years having been virtually lost among our gear carefully selected over the past 50+ years - when this copy suddenly popped up, what's this one (?) forgot it even existed.
    6. Straight from the garage, the listener won't find any shortage in turned up to volume 10 = out of control guitar let loose.
