A good example of early UK 70's progressive rock with guitar, organ, reeds, amid some complex moves, similar in scope to other English acts like Van der Graaf Generator, Diabolus, Aquila and Raw Material (circa their first album). Some really nice guitar work too, as noted within the solo on "Winter" being one of the best on the album This album could be described as a bit dark and it needs a few listens to be able to fully apreciate.
From Birmingham, England, this act evolved out of the remnants of Bakerloo and were heralded by their management as the follow-up to Black Sabbath. Their album, like most releases on this label, has become a minor collectable and is a Van der Graaf Generator-style progressive, housed in an odd gatefold sleeve. The vocalist is strongly influenced by Family's Roger Chapman whilst their music is strong, pleasant, progressive rock with some jazz injections ala other early UK classic progressives.

CONDITION: The Cover: the laminated gaefold cover is in nice collectible shape, "EX" (excellent) having no bends, no writing and no split seams ... there is a little (very light) lamination rub, but only minor so nothing to worry, overall looks fine...
The Vinyl: Very clean over both sides "M-" top level...looks and play TOP LEVEL ... Philips labels are clean
