This auction is for the extremely rare issue of British pioneering Prog.Rock Band RAW MATERIAL self titled album issued in 1970 on the Evolution Record Label.The catalogue number is Z1006 and this is the Stereo version.The Front cover is as pictured and the back sleeve has a black and white picture of the band..Mick Fletcher..Colin Catt..Phil Gunn..Paul Young..David Green..This is the original LP issue and not a re-issue and is very very rare indeed...Tracks are;

Side Two; Pear on an Apple Tree...Future Recollections...Traveller Man...Destruction of America

The text/writing on the LP label is coloured silver.

The lyrics of Destruction of America are reprinted on the back cover....The LP Sleeve is very good...The Vinyl LP has multiple marks and surface scratches..I have just finished listening to the album through headphones and the LP does not skip or jump whatsoever and the only noise is some background hiss on the quieter tracks...That is the honesty bit..If you are looking for a Mint LP,don't bid as I am being very truthful about the albums condition...It really does play brilliantly but has as I've stated many marks..I've been collecting records since 1971 and have sold many thousands in that time and this is the very first RAW MATERIAL LP that I have come across...Record Collector states that in near perfect condition this LP would go for anything up to and over £300...I am a realist and although I would be delighted to get that I am very willing to start at a low opening price...I have already had three people wanting to BUY IT NOW but it is up to them to make a reasonable offer,I will not state a BUY IT NOW price...I am more than willing to answer any questions that I have not covered...I have even had a PROG ROCK guy travel 44 miles to look at the LP and listen to it all the way through to back up that it has no jumps or skips and plays perfectly right through...So,good luck and good bidding......
