We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.

Fans of Pacific Northwest rock of the 60s will be familiar with the Springfield Rifle.
Rising from the ashes of Jimmy Hannah and the Dynamics (who recorded some great 45s, including a tasty cover of ‘Leaving Here’) the Springfield Rifle went to compile a failry large discography including a number of 45s for the Burdette and Jerden local labels, and this one LP on Burdette released in 1968. One of their standout non-Lp 45's was a tune called ‘The Bears’ which is a vaguely creepy number with insane lyrics about stepping on bears (really), having a garage leaning into the early wave of psyche (lyrically anyway) vibe.
The Springfield Rifle album from 1968 has memorable tunes across both sides -- flavorful and varied ala Buffalo Springfield & Lewis & Clark Expedition meets West Coast poprock styles; good and well played with guitars & keyboard led songs -- highlights include "Left Of Nowhere"...A real 'grower' upon repeat listens, the album is an enjoyable listen. Overall these guys are good musicians that can sing well making for a fun listen to have on while hanging out with a few friends a glass of wine.
CONDITION: The cover: still in factory shrink wrapper and MINT with NO bends, no writing and no split seams -- the best copy we've yet to find of this uncommon album from 42 years ago
The vinyl: with the clean white promo labes = very clean and smooth over both sides - well taken care of = M- TOPS...
