Our local Record Technician provided the following:
-Media: Visually just shy of EX-. there are 2-3 light 1" marks of no depth. Looks rarely played and no groove wear of any sort. Center label is perfect, beautiful glossy lacquer Side 1: VG++  Side 2: VG++ Sleeve: VG Visually slight corner delamination. Staining and shelf wear present
A very nice example of this scarce LP. Great live performance recording quality. Recorded at Recreation Hall April 7,1957
