These are Extremely Rare 1934 Uncoated Aluminum Radio Show Transcription Discs featuring excerpts from "The Fleischmann Yeast Hour" radio program of March 22, 1934 starring Rudy Vallee with guests Ruggiero Ricci, Grace Hayes, Charles "Slim" Timblin, John Beal, Florence Rice
Approximately 37 minutes on these two 12 inch, 33 1/3 rpm, uncoated aluminum discs.
These are extremely rare, most likely one of a kind discs
These discs were recorded for Rudy Vallee and came directly from the estate of Rudy Vallee
This radio program was originally recorded on three discs. The disc containing parts 1 & 4 are missing, this set features parts2, 3, 5 & 6

These discs include a rare performance of violinist Ruggiero Ricci. I could not find any reference to any exiting copy of this performance in any Ruggiero Ricci discography published online
14 year old violinist Ruggiero Ricci performs "Spanish Dance" from La Vida Breve by Manuel De Falla & "Caprice" by Niccolo Paganini as arranged by Fritz Kreisler. Includes an excellent introduction of Ruggiero Ricci by Rudy Vallee, who states that Albert Einstein said to Ricci "My Boy, You Are A Genius"
Vaudeville Star Grace Hayes sings "Cocktails For Two"
Rudy Vallee sings "Nasty Man" with a female chorus, "True" & "So Nice"
Program includes a scene from "She Loves Me Not" with John Beal & Florence Rice. During the skit, John Beal sings "After All You're All I'm After". Rudy Vallee states that "She Loves Me Not" is "curretly Broadway's most popular comedy"
Program includes a comedy spot with Charles "Slim" Timblin, which Vallee states is his first major radio appearance
Program includes closing announcements by Rudy Vallee
Discs are in good to very good condition with good to very good sound, pretty typical for uncoated aluminum discs
