RECORD CONDITION - Both playing surfaces have a deep glossy shine, with NO deep scratches, scuffs, groove wear, mold, sleeve stains, or warps but you can see that the LP's were played before and the previous owner really had handled them very carefully. There are some light scratches and you may encounter some TICS. I listened to them and didn't have any problems.

COVER CONDITION - The box is torn at corners. Quite as  how it happens to a box when something heavy is kept on top of it. The inside of the BoxsEt looks also quite messy ( please see photo )

The box ( as you can see in the photos ) is not the ORIGINAL RED VELVET CONTINENTAL BOX. It is the release knows as "The Romanian Release ". As you know, because ENESCO was born in Romania, he insisted that anything he was releasing in other countries to be released in Romania also. There were sent a number of Continental BoxSets to Romania but we are talking of 1950, when Romania was a communist country, under a very strict stalinist regime. They could not sell anything in stores with USA written in big letters on the cover so they changed the cover, with this one and Continental - USA appears only on the inside of the Box. As I learned from Romanian collectors, none of the boxsets ended being sold in music stores. The key members of the communist party took them as GIFTS, I guess to show off "what cultural people they are ". That is also the explanation of the fact that when I find the BoxSet, the LP's are usually in very good condition. Their owners (ex- key members of the Communist Party) never listened to them ...
