- original Chuck Berry sleeve and LP from 1957 #LP-1426
- record appears to play through and without skipping
- sleeve shows signs of age; which may include split seams, fraying, discoloring, fading, tape on seams, etc.,
- record shows signs of usage (scuffing, scratches, etc.,)
