FRANTIC ROMANTIC is the song title.. not romanticssssssssss. some bidders have asked me about the band its a bit of a blur now.. coming from my hometown I saw them many many times more than any other band I I have done support gigs myself for Kim Salmon and has been a major influence on my music ..they were and still are one of the greatest bands ever ... Kim was recently in Perth playing shows and plays gigs and lives in Melbourne these days.. you can check him out on facebook their sound live was like there records but more INTENSE dirty sweaty swamp rock Kim and Tonys combined guitar playing was like a firestorm , distortion on 15.....weird thing is more people would go and see a cover band or some powerpop crap outfit than see them.. they were way way ahead of their time..real shame they didn't receive more fame than they have... they have been a major influence on some of the worlds biggest bands.. hell even Bono took Kim on an Australian tour supporting U2 ? I even had the privilege of seeing the 1st gig of Kim Salmon and the Surrealists..they was awesome also ..Kim playing bass and Brian Hooper on slide guitar.. one show when I saw them they had a brass section was like seeing Prince it was real funky completely different sound great line up.. this record and several others im selling now and in the future ,come from a guy who owned a major record label in Australian in the 80's and been involved in the music scene for years ,the sale of these items are helping fund his retirement so he has some very rare and fantastic items.. thank you Maurice
