Description

sorry for the quality of the pictures. the camera on my computer is not top notch.

the Human Expression "Optical Sound/Calm Me Down" 45. released in the 60's ('66' or '67'?) by Accent, catalog# AC 1226 (actually on one side it is AC 1226-0 and the other AC 1226).

this is very RARE and incredibly RAD.

vinyl is in exceptional condition for how rare this is. At frst glance I thought it was perfect (aside from the "J", wich I will mention in a moment), and upon close examination for this posting, could see a few VERY light and faint markings. quite minor, and probably from contact with the paper sleeve. Someone wrote a red "J" on the cover, and it seems to have soaked through to make the impression of a "J" on the playing surface of the vinyl on the "Calm Me Down" side. I played this side and could hear a very faint occasional crackling that was not really audible except for at the quietest one or two parts of the song. This was from the estate of a hoarder, and the 45's all had these marks in red, many were promos, and many appeared to be unplayed. there are a few more markings on the labels (1 on Optical Sound side, 2 on Calm Me Down side), but aren't very visible on the red and black labels.

original "accent" label paper sleeve has some wear, bent corners, some wear along opening edge, other light wear throughout (hopefully the pics show this well). And of course the red "J"... I THINK it's a "J"...

gotta repeat: the vinyl is in VERY nice shape for how RARE this is.  Has a good "sheen" to it. at first glace looks un-touched, and you find a few VERY minor marks from paper sleeve upon close examination.

This will be shipped in very sturdy packaging, tracking number, insured, etc (all included in the price)
