very rare 1984 promobox.

this was release on only 20 kopies for the editors and chiefs of the most important music magazines

It comes complete with 4 pages press info, press photograph (8inchx10inch) and the first 4 twelve inch-records

this is in perfect condition and one of the most sought after official collectibles!

Vinyl is black

cover white-black with nothing on backcover of the box

as somebody asked if it's the real thing:

got it in 1986 from somebody who used to work for the New Musical express (NME) dunno if that still exists.. he got other rarities also, not only/all sisters, but all press related stuff so I always assumed this was the real thing. got some more pressinfo (paperwork and official photograps) and old press/photographer-passes for concerts from him too... his name was on the bottom of a lot of articles and gig-reviews those days so the band liked him a lot :-) . As U will understand I cannot reveal his name here but those who have a lot of old presscuttings might have a clue now...

I payed it £500 (but came together with some other presspictures etc..  in these days £500 must have been around $800, in here there was no euro yet so it was all belgian francs.. for me £1 was Bfr. 63 which is now approx €1.55. 2-monthly I took the ferry to England to visit London and all these underground second-hand recordshops hoping to find a sisters-rarity..  I bought record collector magazines and wrote 100 letters a week.. Now there is a train going under the ocean, ebay and internet and not much shops left.. For me internet killed the fun about collectioning a lot... For u it's a good deal, you can get items like this while sitting cozy at home in front of your pc..  times change, I'm an old man :-)
