This is a promo DJ copy , ( newly acquired from former Radio Station Promotional Record library . Previous owner was a technician at the station in Ohio)

I’ve recently heard that this is one of the 1st hundred covers that were hand dipped in light plaster then sealed in plastic wrap. “PLASTER FALLING “ was Bender’s 2nd release.
