THIS IS WHERE IT ALL STARTED... THEIR DEBUT LP FROM 1975. OFFERED IN AMAZING CONDITION - SEE PHOTO! VINYL LOOKS BRAND NEW/UNPLAYEDTHIS IS THE ORIGINAL VERY FIRST PRESSING IN THE OYSTER LABEL WHICH WAS QUICKLY REPLACED BY THE POLYDOR PRESSINGS. GLOSSY LAMINATED GATEFOLD FOR BOTH THE OUTER AND INNER GATEFOLDS.

VERY FIRST MATRIX OF A-1U AND B1-U STAMPED ON THE DEAD WAX. THE STAMPERS ARE 1/GO AND 3/OH. THIS MEANS ONE OF THE VERY FIRST THAT WERE PRINTED. THE WORDS "KENDUM" "WASP" ARE ALSO ON THE DEAD WAX.
THE VINYL IN FANTASTIC CONDITION, VERY GLOSSY, NO SCRATCHES, NOT EVEN SMALL SPINDLE MARKS, IT LOOKS LIKE THIS LP HAS NOT BEEN PLAYED MORE THAN 2-3 TIMES IF ANY AT ALL! I MOST OF THOSE HARD ROCK LP RECORDS WERE HEAVILY PLAYED AND ENDED UP WITH SCRATCHES, ETC. BUT NOT THIS ONE WHICH LOOKS NEW. THE LABELS ARE BOTH PERFECT/MINT WITH NO SPINDLE TRACES OR ANY MARKS!
THE ORIGINAL INNER WHITE SLEEVE (POLY-LINED WITH 814 STAMPED AT BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER) IN GREAT CONDITION, WITH ONLY LITTLE AGE YELLOWING! EXCELLENT+
THE OUTER G&L GATEFOLD SLEEVE IN GREAT CONDITION. VERY CLEAN, NO WRITING MARKS, NO TEARS, NO SCUFFS, NOT EVEN ANY CREASES WHICH IS VERY RARE - SEE PHOTO. THERE IS ONLY TINY RUBBING AT THE TOP OF THE INSIDE GATEFOLD (SEE PHOTO) WHERE THE GATEFOLD WAS OPENED AFTER THE LP BEING STORED FOR MANY YEARS AND THE TWO INSIDE LAMINATED SIDES RUBBED AGAINST EACH OTHER. UNDER STRONG LIGHT, A COUPLE OF TINY HANDLING CREASES VISIBLE ON THE BACK COVER, AND A TINY "LIFTING" ON THE LAMINATE AT ONE OF THE EDGES. OVERALL EXCELLENT++.

Record Collector's Grading System
Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover or any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
Excellent (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packing might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite notable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Good (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc.
