This Auction is for:
Ultra rare original 1959 mono pressing on Columbia CL 1253... Record and cover are VG+ Record is clean and looks very nice. No skips! Record plays excellent on both sides. Cover show partially mild age wear and is professional with clear tape repaired at top and bottom seams and left side seam. Cover has pretty strong seams and spine and show slightly storage/rub wear on the verso (exact like shown here). The Cover is autographed in very large letters on the verso in the early 1960s by johnny cash to 'lee couch'. (during an johnny cash show event).
extra note: This is guaranteed authentic and was autographed by Johnny in the 1960's. It was personalized to Lee Couch, who was a local musician in San Diego during the 1960's. His band opened for Johnny Cash several times and was a friend of Johnny Cash. The record is "The Fabulous Johnny Cash" and is on Columbia Records. Comes with the original record. The record is in nice shape and plays well. No major scratches. The album cover is nice with some normal wear, as shown here in the pictures. Signed on the back in blue pen and is a very nice autograph next to the photo on the back. 12 inch album and would look great framed. This was purchased from the family of Lee Couch and is guaranteed original!
The record plays great on both sides. very loud with full sound and no skips!
