about this auction.... back this week with part 1 of a MASSIVE hip hop collection. over 500 records, some super heavy stuff in here: tons of old school & golden age classics, rare and obscure indie / underground / random rap, lots of 80's and 90's stuff, electro, breakdance, disco rap, miami bass, gangsta rap, sf bay area gems, etc... many sealed LPs in this auction, and many more in excellent to near mint or unplayed condition..... check em all out here.

the majority of this stuff comes from my personal collection. I worked at a college radio station from 1989-94, served as rap director there, and was serviced with new releases by most of the major labels. I was a member of several bay area record pools (the pros, bahhc, etc) throughout the 90's, so I ended up with tons of advance copies, DJ promos, and a lot of unique items.

the rest of this collection will be up for auction here in the coming months (about 3000 more items on the way, likely after the first of the year) so please keep checking back.
