I bought this record many years ago from a record shop that was closing down. I don't recall ever playing it as I own a copy on CD, however, on closer inspection it appears that the record has been played, if only once. Perhaps they played it in the shop!
Anyway, I had hoped to offer a mint, unplayed copy for sale. That is not the case but I am happy to say that the record fits the criteria outlined below.

Record: Excellent
Sleeve: Excellent
In more detail:
The outer sleeve is "excellent" with some very light rubbing to corners.
The inner sleeve is that black gloss card that shows fingerprints so easily and is indeed showing some finger marks but is still "excellent".
The CD style booklet is "excellent", bordering on "mint" (a term I am wary of using).
The record itself has been played (see above) but the sound quality is "excellent". Close inspection shows light surface marks on the vinyl, probably caused by contact with the stiff cardboard inner sleeve but these are very light and are definitey not scratches.
The labels show spindle marks on both sides consistent with minimal play.

Grading System
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
