Visually, the record is VG+/VG+VG. There is a light scratch on the last track of side 2. Grooves do not look heavily worn. I spot played the record and it played between VG+ and VG ( on the quiet passages), with a light to moderate crackle type surface noise.
The cover is VG. The bottom and top seams are split app. 6 inches and heavily worn. Spine is heavily worn. Front has moderate to heavy wear. Back cover is blank white with a stamp "album notes are inside". The original mimeographed notes are included. They are quite faded, but readable.
