ZZYZX - Runnin LP pic disc rare private AOR hard rock 1985 with lyrics insert

NOTES: Rare 1985 7 track mini LP. Good above average AOR hard rock with female vocals. Record has some scuffs and surface noise in parts but no skips. Includes lyrics insert. One side of record is a picture disc.
GRADES: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR.
I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
